Yes, medications and supplies are included in your membership fee.
Are the medications pharmacy grade and FDA approved?
Yes, all medications are made in an FDA-registered compounding pharmacy that uses the highest quality ingredients under FDA regulations.
You may be prescribed a generic compounded medication not associated with the Novo NordiskTM or Eli LillyTM companies or the brand-name medications Wegovy®, Ozempic®, or Mounjaro®.
What are the side effects of the Semaglutide?
GLP-1 medications are clinically tested, stimulant-free, and non-habit-forming. Side effects of this class of medications are mainly gastrointestinal. Those who experience side effects report queasiness or nausea, with a very small percentage reporting vomiting, diarrhea, or constipation. These side effects improve as the body gets accustomed to the medicine. The compounded formulary in our program contains B Vitamins to minimize gastrointestinal side effects.

How do these medications for weight loss work?
Semaglutide makes you feel full faster, reduces food cravings, and improves insulin sensitivity. It also slows down food traveling through your system making you feel less hungry.
How do I see my provider?
After completing your medical intake forms, our team will schedule your appointment with your provider. Your provider will conduct a 2-way audiovisual (Telehealth) visit with you on Doxy.me, a HIPAA-compliant Telehealth system.
How often is my prescription shipped?
Your specific weight loss medication will be shipped every 90 days. Your membership covers the cost of your prescription, supplies, and priority shipment.
When will I receive my medication?
Your prescribed GLP-1 medication, or any other weight loss medication, will be sent to an associate compounding pharmacy licensed in your state. On average, the pharmacy takes 2-3 business days to process the order and ship when the medication is in stock. The medicine and needles are shipped in an insulated container with ice and can be kept in the box for up to 72 hours.
What if I need a higher dose?
We understand that every patient’s needs are different to have a healthy and continuous weight loss and achieve their goal weight. In case a higher dose is required and recommended by your provider throughout your program.
Tirzepatide:
We offer up to 10mg/week(as medically appropriate) for an additional $150 monthly.
Semaglutide:
We offer up to 2mg/week (as medically appropriate) for an additional $100 monthly.
Is there a long-term contract required?
No. All Premium Health programs are designed month-to-month, with the option to cancel anytime if unsatisfied. Please note that the cost of medication is not refundable.
