Do I have to allow someone into my home for testing or can I choose a different location?
For safety and to prevent transmission, we suggest testing at home. However, if you prefer, our medical associates can meet you outside your home or at a location of your choice. They will arrive in PPE and conduct the test at the preferred location.

How do I receive my test results?
Test results are sent via email and /or text message automatically as soon as the results are out. Patients elect the method of notification during the intake process.

Our testing specialists are medical associates who work at the most advanced academic centers in the region. They have extensive experience in providing COVID-19 tests in a safe and comfortable environment.
How quickly am I able to schedule my pain free swab test appointment?
We aim to schedule your appointment within 3 to 6 hours of completing your swab request. Our wait times fluctuate depending on the demand.
What happens after my appointment?
If your test is negative and you have no symptoms, you should continue to follow the CDC guidelines of social distancing and wearing a face covering. If your test is positive, we encourage you to schedule a virtual follow-up appointment with one of our physicians to go over your results, current symptoms, and a comprehensive COVID care plan.

The customer service was on point, nurse B. showed up on time and was super helpful and knowledgeable about everything. She was super gentle and quick.
